Garlic Butter Steak


  • 1 1/2lb Flank Steak sliced, against grain
  • 2tbsp Butter
  • 1/3cup Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp Sriracha
  • 5 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1tsp Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1tsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1tsp Fresh Oregano chopped
  • Salt, Pepper, Spices
  • Olive Oil


  1. In a large bowl, combine steak strips with soy sauce, 1tbsp olive oil, pepper, and sriracha. Marinate for at least 30min, tossing occasionally.
  2. In the same skillet, add 2tbsp butter, garlic, spices, and herbs. Lay steak strips in one layer in the skillet, keeping the marinade for later. Cook on each side for 1min until browned.
  3. Stir in marinade and cook for an additional 1min.
