- 3 cloves || 1tsp Garlic
- 1 White Spanish Onion
- 2 Russet Potatoes
- 1lb Corned Beef
thin cut, diced || thick cut, cubed
- 2tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Kosher Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Red Pepper Flakes
- Olive Oil
- Preheat Oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
