Corned Beef Hash


  • 2tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves || 1tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 White Spanish Onion diced
  • 2 Russet Potatoes medium diced
  • 1lb Corned Beef thin cut, diced || thick cut, cubed
  • 2tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Kosher Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • Olive Oil


  1. Preheat Oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
  2. Place potatoes on a single layer on baking sheet. Mix with spices and olive oil to coat. Toss to combine.
  3. Bake for 20-25min or until crisp.
  4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion. Stir often, 3-4min.
  5. Add corned beef. Stir frequently for 3min.
  6. Add potatoes and worcestershire sauce. Cook 3-4min until potatoes are browned.
